But it didn't turn out that way. Not at all.

Trump is an executive. That’s where a strong, principled leader should seek to make an impact — not as one of 100 nitwits in a legislative body where you will get absolutely nothing done unless you’re willing to compromise most of your principles away.

No offense to Roy Moore, but he’s been in government for almost his entire adult life. If he’s reached his 70s and his signature achievement was to get a giant statue of the Ten Commandments installed in a courthouse, then he’s been about 100 miles south of useless as far as I’m concerned.
