I’m scratching my head here, trying to figure out why any conservative would expect a foreign country to comply with international sanctions imposed by our government.
Didn’t we rejoice here when President Trump withdrew from the Paris Accords ... since it was an outrageous violation of U.S. sovereignty?

I'm a conservative. I expect a foreign countries to comply with international sanctions imposed by our government because of the consequences we will apply if they don't.
