I only wish there were more places with good fish burgers. I love Filet of Fish but here they are outrageously expensive.

How McDonald leads is beyond me.
For Ray Kroc, who made McDonald's what it became, cleanliness, speed/efficiency and uniformity were the primary ingredients. The quality of the food and cleanliness have declined since his day, but it is still very fast, a full measure above the next fastest (Chick-Fil-A, In'n'Out), and gal;axies beyond the ones that have beeter food but are glacially slow (Culver's, Steak'n'Shake). Dishonorable mention to Popeye's, which routinely gets orders wrong.
