Too bad there is not a conservative legal foundation ready to sue and pounce on state employees especially at state run colleges and universities that violate the constitutional rights of students who engage in free speech or free associations. Make them pay.

Given the awards we are seeing there will likely be far more of these actions brought in the future as they appear very lucrative for lawyers.

The young man from Kentucky and his attorneys will likely have some big pay days coming up. This may be the only way to rein in some of the silliness.
