The crisis along America's southern border has continued to exasperate Border Patrol agents in the field and President Donald Trump, who is attempting to put an end to the flood of illegal aliens. Seven illegal aliens from Central American countries are suing the Department of Homeland Security because of overcrowding in Border Patrol facilities and the lack of access to legal representation, The Monitor reported.
The lawsuit was brought about by:

According to the lawsuit, the illegal aliens want themselves, as well as others in the facilities, to be released on bond.

This nonsense has gotten completely out of hand. The President should just use an emergency declaration to close the southern border entirely. Screw this nonsense.
Making a laughingstock of our courts, as if they weren’t already.
Any judge who hears this case should be strung up on the nearest lamppost. When those illegals start paying the salaries of judges then they have standing, otherwise get these troublemakers out of our country.
Why does the country put up with this Shiite?

Why isn’t this suit just thrown out right away?

This is ridiculous.
In the hundreds of postings here in Free Republic rarely is this brought up. It’s Known As Reciprocity. We should be treating anybody illegally crossing the Mexican border into the US the way the Mexican’s do to any American illegally .crossing into Mexico. No” free” lawyer paid by Mexican taxpayers. Entry denied heavy fine and possible imprisonment. before getting kicked out.
What other country would put up with this? I wonder who is behind it? Are taxpayers paying the lawyers?
Perhaps we should adopt Mexico’s immigration laws. But why don’t they apply to these assclowns during their transit of Mexico?
How do they have standing?
Understand that this is the Democrat Party’s full-out assault on the United States of America to destroy it, as much as any other country who would bomb it or nuke it. The Democrat Party is the biggest enemy that the United States has ever had, and in fact, the Democrat Party is the most dangerous organization in the history of mankind.
Be a shame if they “disappeared” the way they would in Mehico.

They will have no problem finding an Obama judge in the short term and the 9th will probably rule in their favor.
Of course, democrats are setting up the appropriate route through the approved judges, as well as federal judges ready to change any ruling that doesn’t go the democrats way.
