Force the homeless, 100 at a time, into a Thunderdome cage and only allow the sole survivor to exit, then fly them to Hawaii as a reward. Repeat as often as needed until the streets are cleared.
Honolulu has a tremendous homeless population problem now.

The socialists all over the country have let illegals have HUD housing, displacing citizens.
Ben Carson is working right now to fix that, evicting illegals.
Socialists seem to love having people who are not the elite living in ghettos. It was too nice I guess so they had to deliver the ghetto to you.
I would bet there are none of those problems where the elite live, especially where the elite socialist politicians live that make all of this happen.

I never had any doubt he was a good man. If he was misguided on some things, it would be an honest mistake.
A question: How is the money set aside for homelessness divvied up among the communities? If it is like other areas of California, the 800-lb gorilla gets most if not all the money. If that is the case, then why shouldn’t communities steer their homeless people to the gorilla?
There have always been poor and people who fall on hard times. What is different today is that the traditional safety nets of family and church are not functioning as they once did. Family dissolution means every generation is struggling, not just the younger ones who once could shack up with the folks or siblings until they got on their feet. Nowadays, the parents are managing multiples support payments and mortgages, botox and viagra expenditures. And in the past, people naturally belonged to churches where they assisted fellow parishioners when they could and felt confident they could rely on them if/when they needed it. But both families and faiths tended to want people who made poor choices in their lives to change for the better. Enter the government which made it possible for dysfunctional people to blow off both family and faith and opt for money from a nonjudgmental sugar daddy. So we have our problem and it is hardly surprising and won’t be solved without fundamental changes in our society.
Now here is a conundrum. L.A. welcomes all kinds of people to cross the international border illegally, but gets upset when people cross the freeway underpass?
Of course they are leftists was there ANY DOUBT??? The entire state of CA. is run by leftists all the way down to the local levels, open borders have DESTROYED the state, real estate here is far to expensive to deal with this crap, middle class are fleeing the state in droves, school systems are horrid, crime is EVERYWHERE, homeless are EVERYWHERE, illegals are EVERYWHERE, the ONLY thing good about this state is the weather AND weather is not worth it anymore!!!
Speaking of Vegas, there are miles of underground infrastructure built to support and service all those strip hotels and for rain runoff to prevent flash floods - it’s become an underground camp for the homeless.

The socialists have been using most of the funds to help illegals. HUD housing, medical, and mental health programs have been being used for illegals over our own citizens.
I am not one to think throwing money at the homeless issue is the answer but we are not even doing that. The money is being thrown at the illegals. What they are doing to “help” the citizen homeless is giving them permission to set up tents on sidewalks and potty in public areas.
Cal 23 bill a year for services to illegals and now adding 100 mill for free medical care.
