The problem is many-fold -- the kid imitates what he sees on tv, he imitates what he sees on Youtube; and that is, the whole Honey Boo Boo garbage and especially Dance Moms and the unbelievably lewd dancing those moms subject their kids to.
Then Mom encourages him because (a) she's an LQBNUT too, and (b) Dance Moms has normalized that garbage in public:
