LANCASTER, Pa. (AP) A judge was allowed to go on his way after aggressively challenging a police officer during a traffic stop and ordering him to check the registration on this plate soon, mister.
Police dashcam video obtained by the LNP newspaper in Lancaster shows the April traffic stop of Lancaster County President Judge Dennis Reinaker.

“Do you know who I am?”
“I am above the law!”
The cop should have given his dis-honor the ticket.

I heard a story something like that which happened at a large American airport.
An irate passenger couldn’t get the seat on the plane that he really wanted, so he told the ticket agent, “Do you know who I am?”
The ticket agent at the counter got on the mike and said, “We have a passenger who doesn’t know who he is. If anyone can be of assistance, please come up to the ticket counter.”

The cop probably knows the “judge” would hold a grudge and make he and his department *pay* for the insolence.

There was a judge that was constantly speeding in our area.
As far as I know when he got stopped he took his citation went on his way then paid them.

He bailed from the car and began yelling at the officer.
He’s lucky he didn’t meet Mr. Taser or Mr. Glock.

Indeed. A quick ride on the lightning tends to ruin ones day. Herr Gastons device tends to end it.

Well the judge is just making it clear that the law does not apply to government officials. But then we are seeing that every day.

I stopped this guy once. He said "Do you know who I yam?" I said "You are what you are and that's all that you are." The rest is history. He had a skinny broad with him.

I remember seeing an episode of “COPS” once.
A patrolman had pulled over a nurse who was on her way to work.
He let her go without a ticker.
He told the camera....and I forget his exact words....something about if he was ever injured or wounded in the line of duty, he didn’t want to have one of the nurses who was trying to save him be mad at him.
