Um, no, unless you forgot your sarc tag. Sanity must prevail. “Above the waterline” and “limpet mines” means small surface craft and people without military skills or capital ships.

Anyone could have perpetrated these attacks and determining who these people are is the only way to identify the funding source, not going after Iran directly.

I’m deeply suspicious of a false flag.
