Grinning Don Jr. arrives at the Senate Intelligence Committee after subpoena spat saying there is 'nothing to correct' from earlier testimony dealing with Russia contacts and Moscow tower deal

Donald Trump Jr. will give Senate Intelligence Committee members a four-hour interview on Wednesday as they seek to clarify some of his earlier testimony He arrived at the committee's secure hearing room smiling at a press scrum

He said he has nothing to correct from earlier testimony

He reportedly canceled earlier grillings, giving the Republican chairman no choice but to subpoena him

Trump Jr.'s earlier testimony about Russia conflicts with sworn statements from Michael Cohen and Rick Gates, who were convicted of lying to investigators

A source close to Trump Jr. says he's frustrated that senators take the discrepancies seriously since he statements differ from those of liars

A source close to Trump Jr. told DailyMail.com the Trump Organization executive is frustrated to read news coverage that fails to explain the basis for the meeting: disagreement between his earlier sworn testimony and that of Michael Cohen and Rick Gates.

'The two people where he has conflicting testimony are going to jail for lying,' the source said Tuesday while declining to be identified. 'If Don's being questioned about the testimony of two people who would say anything to get themselves out of a jam and are going to jail, or are in jail, for lying to these bodies, that's a stretch.'

'If Robert Mueller and his dream team of 19 left-wing Hillary Clinton donors could have gotten Don Jr. for perjury, they would have,' the person added. 'But it's a desperate attempt by these committees to keep this bulls**t going.'

“Tell me Senator...since your are on the Intelligence committee...perhaps you can explain to viewers how AES256 encryption works?”

“Explain to me how Senators and Congress persons seem to be exempt from FBI and CIA spying but average Americans can be targeted for seemingly ANY reason”?

“Why do Americans pay you a salary when all you do is talk? Nothing ever changes.”

As someone posted earlier, combining the word “intelligence” with the word “Senate,” is an oxymoron! And “Senator Aaron” Burr is perhaps the best example that can be had today.

The party that is out of power is running this country like a Stalinist dictatorship. It’s pretty unbelievable.

Bring back dueling. Filthy lying “leaders” need to know to keep it honest and above board or they may be ‘challenged’

I would take a copy of my previous transcript and a clerk who can help instantly find any section of it, and if asked I would read what I said before verbatim.

Of course I’d probably flip them all off as I left the room, which might be ill-advised...

FBI thugs like Comey just say (under oath) that they 'don't remember'... It's 'hard' to remember exactly and it's impossible to disprove that someone doesn't 'remember'. Not saying that Don Jr. should be as dishonest as FBI thugs... but it did work for Comey and democrats and their shills in the press didn't object. None of the liberal MSM liars objected to Comey's loss of memory - I'm sure they won't object to Don's 'loss of memory' either.../s

Do you understand that he is going before the Senate and know which party controls the senate? It’s not the party out of power.

That’s because the party that is ostensibly out of power has members wearing R jerseys working for them.

Bush League Republicans MUST become extinct before the Republic does.

I threaten no one. I was referring to the Hamilton/Burr debacle.
President Jackson was another who would not allow to be defamed by any man.

If slime ball politicians were aware that their big mouth would get them in such a situation with other politicians or with the populace at large, they’d keep it civil. Communists (the Democrat Party and others) know they’ll open their filthy gobs in slanderous ways and are in the process of disarming the free men of this land to prevent negative reactions (getting boo boos) They are cowardly faggots and are proud of that.

I understand, and I suppose I over-state the situation. But it does seem like the Deep State straddles both Houses of Congresses and that the legally elected President (and his family) have few friends in government. There seems to be a general push to “get the president” through ceaseless lawfare.

I think it is Stalinist.

“Explain to me how Senators and Congress persons seem to be exempt from FBI and CIA spying but average Americans can be targeted for seemingly ANY reason”?

Actually they spied on Dianne Feinstein and probably a lot of other Senators too. They are totally out of control. “The CIA just went and searched the committee’s computers,” Feinstein said on the Senate floor. In terms of the criminal allegations, msnbc’s report added that Feinstein believes the CIA’s activities “may have violated the Fourth Amendment, the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, and an executive order barring domestic surveillance conducted by the CIA. Feinstein also said the CIA’s activities violated the separation of powers principles in the Constitution by interfering with congressional oversight of the executive branch.

It was a Senate Republican that subpoenaed Jr. No reason to do so except he is a Rino and hates Trump.

Junior better repeat his previous testimony verbatim, or the committee will say he changed his story, there are inconsistencies, etc which justifies further investigation. Look soon for leaks to that effect.
