addition = additional
I guess we have that in common then...
That makes sense. Sidney Powell, his new attorney, is an expert on federal misconduct, and would have a better chance of proving such a case.
These federal prosecutors have a special law written just for them granting prosecutorial immunity from charges and suits. Sanctions are about all that can happen except in cases where the prosecutor goes insane with criminality.
And this is the Judge that through out Senator Steven’s conviction when Weismann crucified him the same way.
I have thought the assessment by some that this was Weismann’s special prosecutor team and Mueller was just a figurehead has some truth to it.
I don’t know much about it, except for the fact that our gubmint screwed him over. I’m hoping Sydney can turn things around for him, and perhaps he could even be made whole.
That reporting was erroneous- the order was returned because Flynn attorneys didnt include everything with their filings.

You’re saying federal prosecutors can never be charged??
Somebody had better re=write that LAW.
Unless you are yanking my chain.
I am not an attorney or an expert of DOJ related law but I understood a detailed discussion of this on a thread some time back.
Let’s ask:
Who understands the details of Federal prosecutor’s prosecutorial immunity?
How did that prosecutor at Duke? get into so much trouble.
I guess he wasn’t a “federal prosecutor.”
He was an elected county prosecutor.
After reading these two articles, I must say that I always had faith in our justice system.
HAD!
Thanks, KC.
And the conduct that is given immunity is as an Advocate. Presenting to a grand jury, conduction a trial and all that sort of stuff is protected.
If a local prosecutor directs police investigations dishonestly or hides evidence outside of how he is presenting it — that makes the difference I believe.
Judge Emmet Sullivan is also the guy who presided over the trial of Senator Ted Stevens. In the end he set aside the conviction, and went after 4 of the prosecuters for malfeasance.
