California Says, ‘Go West Young Illegals, Go West’

Doctors and hospitals are in the gunsights of many Democrats who want Medicare-for-all as a draconian price control scheme by government over all medical care in the US. Hospitals are told they charge too much and doctors are vilified for earning too much.

What a relief that a sugar daddy has appeared, a rich boyfriend, a benefactor with a fat wallet, ready to bestow his financial largess on financially strapped healthcare providers.

This sugar daddy is named Gavin, tall and handsome with good hair. I speak of California Governor Gavin Newsom, who finalized a deal with the California legislature, “to provide full health benefits to low-income illegal immigrants under the age of 26.”

California is the first state to provide such benefits to illegal or undocumented immigrants, depending on which term you prefer. Specifically, this group of adults, age 19 to 25 will have access to the state’s Medi-Cal program, California’s version of Medicaid.

California anticipates providing coverage to 100,000 people. I’m not sure how they arrived at this number since I’ve always heard that illegal immigrants “live in the shadows,” meaning we really don’t know how many there are. And when word gets out to the rest of the country, expect that 100,000 number to grow exponentially just as it would if California announced it was giving away cars to this same group of people.

Eligibility would be determined by the same rules of Medicaid, based on annual income. As many young illegals are working off the books, for cash, they will have no official reported income regardless of how much they actually earn, insuring their eligibility for Medi-Cal.

This scheme is to be funded by taxing those who do not have health insurance. Who might that be? Not the young illegals who how have free insurance.

A couple of months ago I cut by brow on a board sticking out of the back of my truck and needed a couple of stitches. So I went to the emergency room and waited for 2 hours. They never even took my temperature. I left in disgust and used some butterfly bandages. It worked fine. Last month I got a bill for $400 and the hospital said that it was under the deductible. I complained to the billing department to no avail. From now on I’ll just say my name is Jose and that I just crossed the border if I ever have to go there again.

California: We’re admitting at least 100,000 illegals aged 18-25, we already provide healthcare to illegals under 18, and supposedly it’ll cost just a hundred million to do, less than a grand a year per illegal.

Meanwhile, family of 3 on ObamaCare can expect to pay $900 a month for coverage with a $12,000 deductible plus additional copays.

Makes you wonder why people aren’t in the street with torches yet.

If legal majority California voting citizens are not happy with the way that their state is spending their tax dollars, then California is failing to provide its citizens with a constitutionally guaranteed republican form of government imo, taxation without representation.

"Article IV, Section 4: The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government [emphasis added], and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."

H O W E V E R…

The problem with the above guarantee is this. We’re still stuck with a worthless, corrupt Congress that has an established track record for letting activist states get away with oppressing their citizens.

From the 14th Amendment:

• "Section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States [emphasis added]; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

• "Section 5: The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article."

Such oppression by the states includes abridging constitutionally enumerated protections, 1st Amendment protected religious expression and free speech in relatively recent examples.

The remedy for failed federal and state governments…

All patriots in the nation need to come to the rescue of California patriots in the 2020 elections by not only electing a new patriot Congress that will promise to support PDJT’s vision for MAGA, but will also promise to do its duty to guarantee each state a republican form of government by appropriately dealing with corrupt state governments.

"Article I, Section 8, Clause 15: To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections [emphasis added] and repel Invasions;"
