You know who says that? An enemy of the people.
Exactly. People like him think they know what is best for everyone else, and are willing to use any influence, platform, or pulpit to advance that cause.
He and people like him are enemies to the Republic, which makes them enemies of the people.
And that includes being enemies to themselves, though they are too ignorant to understand it or see it.
Personally, I don't think there's any question, he and his ilk are obviously enemies.
