The fix is simply the complete denial of all welfare benefits to undocumented aliens and homeless grifters, no matter how "heart-rending" their carefully invented personal stories are.

Since this is already codified into the laws the state's Democrats ignore, it shouldn't even be a difficult fix.

But contradicting those personal stories is unthinkable to the suburban white female voter - and more than any other single factor her emotional judgments at the ballot box are what has killed California.
