Endorsing religion is great.
Endorsing a particular religion isn’t.
Beg to differ, but our Founders endorsed incorporating the principles of Biblicval Christianity, and declared that this is a Christian nation. Here is a brief excerpt from Is America A Christian Nation?" (click here) bu David Barton, the proprietor and lecturer of Wallbuilders, Inc.:
"Consequently, a Christian nation as demonstrated by the American experience is a nation founded upon Christian and Biblical principles, whose values, society, and institutions have largely been shaped by those principles. This definition was reaffirmed by American legal scholars and historians for generations but is widely ignored by todays revisionists."I take exception to your claim and say that the farther we slip as a nation away from the principles of Jesus of Nazareth as recorded in the Holy Scriptures, taught by His disciples, and when practiced faithfully through two millenia, the worse off we are. And its getting much worse, very quickly, in direct proportion to the way that people without a courageous endorsement and steel-firm preservation are jettisoning the kind of personal behaviors that Made America Great.
