I agree with you and think that is also the reason Mueller finally coughed up his farce of a report. If not for Barr he would have dragged that thing out all the way up to the election next year.

I'd much rather it's release delayed a month or two (or three), so long as it outs the truth and doesn't gloss over any of the Barry administrations unlawful activities. Then, the DOJ better be in indictment mode at maximum capacity.

Incorrect. The OIG Report on FISA abuse is delayed because Christopher Wray at the FBI is withholding documents and information. CIA gal is reportedly acting similarly at CIA.
Michael Horowitz doesn’t have the leverage to push it through but AG Barr does.
That’s what is slowing the process. But the OIG Report comes first then Declass documents.
