There was a guy, last named Judd, on F&F this morning saying the difference this time is they got it writing.
Fact is, Mexico did not perform, even if they made a “secret” verbal deal. Will it work this time? I don’t know. Time will tell.
That is exactly right...and with this agreement President Trump did put tariffs on them, they are just suspended at this time. If they don't do what they agreed to, tariffs can go into effect immediately. And Mexico knows that.
People who support Mexico are crying that Trump is being so mean to them, and they are a poor pitiful country. So I would guess they think things have changed with this agreement.
Talk is cheap and Mexico is very good at cheap talk. We will see how they are with a hammer over their head.
