Romney had a slam dunk against Obama. He ended up getting stuffed and spiked by Obama and that CNN moderator. What made it worse was it was all in slow mo. Romney’s lack of confidence at that level undoubtedly cost him the election as he deflated like Balloon in Macy’s thanksgiving day parade.
2 years later Jeff Zucker was heaping praise upon her as she was leaving CNN.
She’s turning 70 this year and is a ‘guest speaker’.

Mittens Romney? Oh please! An establishment loser who threw away a probable victory in 2012 and now yammers criticisms at Trump, who is far more effective than Romney would have been.
His endorsement is useless, perhaps even harmful to Trump, who would likely reject it. Not that Romney would ever endorse Trump.
