YOUR move, Mexico.. We want RESULTS!
Mexico already has troops on its southern border and has turned away a flood of people as of today. I think they will work out something where they will let in a certain number because Mexico actually needs population. But they will want to keep them in Mexico, so it doesn’t affect us one way or the other.
Also, Mexicans were sick of having their towns overrun with people from elsewhere - not only Central America, but Africa and the Middle East - and I think this gives AMLO a chance to respond to them and do what they elected him for - “put Mexico first” - without calling down the rage of the rest of the international left. That is, now he can say, “Trump made me do it.”
