They knew she was caught in violating opsec/comsec requirements and violated DOD regulations putting people in danger along with priority “A” equipment and weapons. This is a 20 year federal sentence that Comey wiped away with, “She didn’t do it on purpose.”
Well, she did by using an unauthorized server to transport and store sensitive and confidential information. There is no way anyone with any legality in their minds would authorize the use of such an obvious back door situation. (Unless they were ordered)

The U.S. under one scenario, that I have read about, would end up slitting into numerous countries that are independent of each other.
