Not me, I was pulled over, the cop went to the side of the road, looked around and picked up a rusty old beer can and said we through it out. My buddy pulled out $20 said give me a $20. he spoke to the cop and we were on our way.

Ever been pulled over by a Mexican cop for “speeding”? I've traveled to some pretty funky places in my day but I've never even *considered* traveling to any country/region where Spanish is the predominant language.

No, but I was robbed at gunpoint on the beach in Baja by uniformed cops in 1974. Haven't been back.

No but one of my brothers spent a little time in the Sonora State Prison in the 70s. He talked about it very little but enough to convince me to stay out of Mexico.
