Oh, I agree 100%. Personally wouldn't own a bump stock (or a full auto) for that very reason. You are sacrificing accuracy for a higher rate of fire. That is usually a terrible trade off if you are a good or even average marksman (I suppose if you can't hit the broad side of a barn to begin with, the trade off might be worth it...the old spray and pray method). The only point I was making is that such bans are utterly pointless because there are multiple ways to circumvent them if you wish to use such a device (or just like flipping the Government the bird).
Agree - While President trump only said he would “study” it, I tweeted to him that silencers were a bad bet to go after...they also serve a purpose in harmful sound reductions.
