The decision by former MI6 agent Christopher Steele, author of the infamous Steele dossier used by the Obama regime to ensnare the 2016 Trump campaign in a phony Russian collusion scandal, is a strategic one that ultimately will prove the FBI lied to Congress, the American people, and the FISA court, according to a former federal prosecutor.
Joe diGenova told Fox News Sean Hannity Tuesday night that Steeles decision to talk to John Bull Durham, who was assigned to look into the origins of the collusion probe by Attorney General William Barr, no doubt was the result of an agreement between the two parties and it wont bode well for the deep state.
Hes obviously made a strategic decision to speak to Durham because hes going to be interviewed by a federal prosecutor who can indict not the inspector general for the Justice Department, Michael Horowitz, who has no such authority, diGenova said.

And then who won’t be arrested.
Sorry, all these “bombshells,” “tick tocks,” etc. are meaningless as long as everything that comes out of DOJ is
“declines to prosecute.”
Let’s hope. But I’ll believe it when I see some Swamp Creatures in handcuffs
Question: when the FISA subpoenas are shown to be invalid will all legal actions that are the results of illegal warrants be thrown out?
That would include pretty everything mulebreeder did.
I’m thinking this may qualify as a BOOM!, which is a pretty high standard, by the way.
In any case, what Steele has to worry about is extradition, not by Theresa May, who didn’t bother to have any kids, by the way, but by the next Prime Minister, who might actually be on good terms with Trump. It’s a smart move for him, particularly if Durham is making him a deal.
You squeeze the tube from the bottom so that the toothpaste (Obama) pops out the top. The (Deep State) cap is on, though, and all this may come to naught.

Has Barr done that?
You know Ive been as impatient as most anyone on our justice being delayed, and the false enthusiasm being displayed when theres no proof of it actually happening.
But in this case, Im getting a little more hopeful after seeing Mueller/IC blowhard Phil Mudd on TV yesterday:
To see Mudd so empty of his usual bluff and bluster indicates to me there may be something to this Steele testimony, after all.
I hope so. But there is just no excuse for “declining to prosecute” Deep Stroke or the Awans.

Yes, Mudd saying this is extremely encouraging.
Yes. Barr “declined to prosecute” Deep Stroke last week, despite findings of criminal behavior in the report.
Yes one of several on this forum that treat cynicism as though it were a virtue...
First, you have no clue whether the lack of prosecution was reliant on complete cooperation and information given on far more important issues.
Second, you have no clue whether the lack of prosecution on THAT issue only means that a far more serious prosecution in the offing.
Justice is totally dead. There will be in indictments and no jail time for these communists Democrats that committed sedition or treason. Tired of this bull shi!.
Democrats are LAW-LESS because Republicans are BALL-LESS!!
I would tend to agree - HOWEVER - this is a mighty good test of the system. I'm thinking of Harvey Kietel telling Nicholas Cage in National Treasure - "somebody's got to go to jail". The crime was too big and too publicized to just call it all good and everyone walks away.
I’m PRAYING that Mule Face and his team will have to RE-IMBURSE ALL ATTORNEYS FEES....AN PAY BACK to the Govt. ALL the FEES THEY GOT!
From what I read, it wasnt Barr refusing to prosecute, it was Horowitz either refusing to recommend prosecution in a new and separate report, or just reporting that he hadnt been prosecuted yet. I dont think Horowitz even named Strzok, its just believed that is who he was referring to.
But it was DiGenova that told us to expect big things in that report from Horowitz, so he can get ahead of his skis sometimes. But Barr I think still has his powder dry.
I hope theres no inclination for this fella to commit suicide/s
Hope so. Phil Mudd seems concerned. That’s good.
