I believe New York state needs a federal lawsuit from the DoJ concerning the inhumane quality of their prisons.
Use the DoJ like Dems do. Of they send a political ally to a rough prison, sue them for having rough prisons. The Feds can easily get NY to spend hundreds of millions if not billions over the “inhumane” conditions at Rikers.
The DOJ is doing exactly this concerning Alabama’s prisons.
