The boat was rededicated in 2018 to include Sen. Seditious as a namesake.

Officially, it is currently named after all 3 naval McCains, grandfather, father, and son. Initially it was named for the two admirals only (grandfather & father).

There it is. Much ado about nothing. Same with the article yesterday about a dog named Mueller but in the end you find out the name had nothing to do with evil Bob Mueller.
