He is a very sad Polish EU bum kisser.
Why has he not been thrown off this site?
He does not agree to the principles of JR.
To argue that the 27 nations should eliminate trade barriers for England-Wales is globalist
Protectionism is a tenent of nationalism. Conversely, "Free Trade" is globalist and Marxist. Those are truths that cannot be denied.
I wonder how much he gets paid.
Lets clarify.
There is no EU directive on bananas but there are some regulations. The part of the regulation referring to the curvature of bananas is as follows
Bananas are classified by quality and size so they can be traded internationally. Quality standards are also needed so that people know what they are buying and that the produce meets their expectations. So in short, Bananas are classified according to quality and size for international trade. -- Bendy bananas aren't banned :)Straight & bendy are not banned by the EU. Commission Regulation 2257/94 identifies certain restrictions for fruits that producers have to conform to in order to sell their produce within the EU. The regulation states that bananas must be "free from malformation or abnormal curvature."
Class 1 bananas can have "slight defects of shape" and Class 2 bananas full-on "defects of shape".
In 2011 this regulation and other relevant rules were brought together for the sake of clarity under a single implementing regulation (1333/2011), and in 2013 a further change simplified reporting requirements (implementing regulation 565/2013).
Individual governments and the industry have in the past had their own standards with the latters, in particular, being very stringent. The European Commission was asked by national agriculture ministers and the industry to draft legislation in this area. Following extensive consultation with the industry, the proposed quality standards were adopted by national ministers in Council in 1994.
He is reliably here on every Brexit thread spreading EU disinformation and doublespeak — and accusing honest Freepers of lies.
And the EU has strong protectionism - it puts up trade barriers for countries that are not part of the club It is not free trade with China, russia etc.
Ergo, by your very own definition, you, central_va are saying that the EU is anti-globalist
I am in no way a globalist. Nice try - FAIL. The real question is why you do not like being called a globalist. You should relish having been given that label.
Btw, i ain't polski, N00b
sigh, Mr Saul Alinsky or central_va, you're now posting oxymorons - fascist "a system emphasizing an aggressive nationalism and often racism." and globalism " the attitude or policy of placing the interests of the entire world above those of individual nations."
namely opposing the right of nations to band together and put up trade barriers.
Westminster wants lowered trade barriers for itself and doesn't want to give the nation of Scotland freedom to leave.
Why do you support these globalist points?
What a joke: this Yougov survey didn’t even name the Brexit party as an option in the survey question (look at page 2 here):
The four options given were the Conservatives, Labor, Scottish and Lib Dems. Only those who chose “some other party” are then given an additional list to choose from that includes Brexit.
They also weight their results according to polling from two years before the Brexit Party even existed.
Desperate polprop from the Daily Express.
The EU also promotes gay marriage - and you kiss their ass. So by your own standard you admit you are not a conservative - correct?
That's globalist
In addition - none of you have any real facts to back up any of your statements -- and don't even have the decency to attempt to disprove the facts I posted - the EU puts up trade barriers to the globe - that makes it anti-globalist. it also has no strong-man (or woman) but is a mess
Finally, you brought up bendy bananas - I believed that too until November 2018 when I investigated to get more anti-EU points and found that it wasn't true
And neither of those tags fit the tariff wielding bureaucracy that is the confederation of European states.
and I don't support the EU per se - I see it as a necessary trade bloc that the Visegrad states are succesful in blocking the social agenda of the UK, netherlands, france and germany from pushing.
with the UK gone, it means one less liberal power in the EU
