She looks at her dad like the daughter of a mafia boss looks at hers. She’s blind and refuses to acknowledge to everything he’s done and said. He can do no wrong. Except for being a crooked old bastard with the savings and loan scandal, lying to the people of Arizona over health care, siding with terrorist and doing his best to get the US in every war that pops up.
And she really has a hard time seeing that when he was being a war hawk the Left hated him. When he was bashing the President, he was their hero. Her dad was nothing but a greedy political whore like most of the rest.
Trump could have it decommissioned and donated to Vietnam. And when it reaches Haiphong Harbor, the hidden nuke detonates.
She came by her bitterness honestly. She is as sour as her dad. I think she is fighting to try to build up her dad’s legacy. I think she knows he was a jerk, that he colluded with the Vietnamese, and that he helped leave hundreds of live American POWs after the war and then helped cover up that fact later. Rotten apples fall the same as good ones.
