I thought CC was supposed to dumb down the achievers to make it “fairer” for the favored “cultures” that aren’t academically inclined?
If that is the goal, then it looks like they are succeeding.

It was George Bush’s “No Child Left Behind” which started the process of crippling education. Schools were mandated to reduce the black-white achievement gap. They found it easier to lower white scores, than to raise black scores.
