Georgia is giving hundreds of millions to Hollywood in tax incentives (free cash for them coming to the state to film - creating crappy fly-by-night jobs).
So the threat is ... to NOT take free money from Georgia taxpayers?

Why does Hollywood get tax breaks?
They need to pay their fair share, just like the rest of us do.
