You seem to be suggesting a lynching. If this article is correct, then the man is likely guilty. However, it may not be, sometimes innocent people are convicted by yellow journalists selling papers. We saw that particular drama happen to DJT for the last 2 years. It is best to believe in the presumption of innocence, always! This man is in custody and will face trial, where his guilt will be proven beyond a reasonable doubt if the evidence is real, and it sounds like it is. Be satisfied with that.
