Thanks for the link. I hate to admit this but I have become so jaded that the only outrage I can muster is this sentence in that linked story:
“Both her and Whipple were not in the house, as they had been the night before.”
Otherwise, it’s just sad. The beautiful little girl did not look well-cared for in the photos shown. Methinks there were quite a few people in that house who were lying down with dogs. Poor little girl is the one who got the fleas.
