We don’t follow the Napoleonic law (French law) that the defendant has to prove their innocence rather than the courts proving they’re guilty.

Didn’t anyone actually watch Mueller themselves?? Mueller mentioned the presumption of innocence concept. He didn’t declare Trump guilty. Starr declared Clinton guilty eleven times in his report, Mueller could have done the same, if Trump was guilty.
Mueller also screwed his buddy Barr with his statement that now makes Barr appear to have lied in his congressional testimony. Now Barr has to prove he didn’t lie under oath. Will Mueller ever state what he did under oath? Not on your life.
