But think what would happen if you screw up the investigation & prosecution! Remember the FBI cutting corners to nail William Ayers? How did that turn out 30-40 years later? Imagine Hellary going to court and winning because the box isn’t completely closed. She would end up being declared Goddess Empress for Life!

For one thing Trump had to wait until the Mueller report was done so there was no potential criminal stuff hanging over his head the Dems could pummel him with.

Second, very complex crimes committed over a few years by many people, and involving some foreign nationals and governments, is very time consuming. The investigations have to be totally wrapped up before making anything public.
