I believe that biologist and author Ivan Sanderson speculated that some of these ‘things seen in the skies’ might actually be forms of life indigenous to Earth which we simply don’t recognize for what they are.
I’ve always thought that was an interesting idea.

We don’t ‘recognize’ what the UFO’s are, and we don’t know how or even why the Egyptian Pyramids were built, yet we claim we are the most ‘advanced’ civilization on Earth.
The amount we have to learn about our amazing planet is beyond our comprehension.
Having an open mind like yours is how we recognize the unknown.
