WASHINGTON — The top Democrat on the Senate intelligence committee is sounding the alarm about the new powers that President Donald Trump has granted to Attorney General William Barr.
Sen. Mark Warner of Virginia, in a letter obtained by The Associated Press, said he fears Trump is giving Barr “the right to selectively declassify certain information for purposes of political gain.” He asked that the leaders of the nation’s spy agencies contact lawmakers if Barr’s investigation threatens their work.

.... Authorities also need to release the list of all of the Government Officials who used taxpayer money to cover up their sexual indiscretions ..... Along with a list of US officials who have been named taking money from the Mexican Cartels. These things are things the taxpaying public needs to know.
Warner is a gigantic piece of Obama.
They are not Barr’s powers. They are President Trump’s and they are his absolute right. NOBODY can overrule him if he wants to declassify.
Barr is his subordinate, executing his lawful presidential orders.
Every source and method must be torched. They were used in a coup attempt and America should know what to be on guard for in the future. Halper, Sztyoke and Paige, McCabe, Yates, Rice, Comey, Brennan and many others should face decades in prison.
I’m just surprised that Warners toadie, Burr, wasn’t the one to make this claim
When the clear evidence doesn’t support their claim, they instead try to argue based upon fantasies about presumed, non-existent “evidence.”
Sounds to me like this is their last gasp, hoping they can convince people of their claims of either Trump’s guilt or their own innocence based upon nothing but vapor.
Oh yeah, if anyone at all is concerned about political gain, It’s the f***in Demorats, Boy.

What are Warner and Burr hiding?
With all those big teeth (think horse) our local talk show host says he can be enticed with a lump of sugar or perhaps a carrot. The Donald may have other plans for Seabiscuit and it may not offer the accommodations he likes.
Warner may be arrested in this...or at least exposed as a liar and crook.
Exposing the enemies of America is not political gain. It’s doing your job if you’re the President and AG.
