We’re in the pathway of the vortex in NoEast Johnson County, KS, so we’ve taken to our basement ready to get under a large table.

The town of Linwood, Douglas County, Kansas, has received a total hit! Lots of homes no longer on their foundations. Plenty of damage.

Got a snowbird neighbor from near Maryville Mo. Said he barely made it home through a flooded area.

Live over by Lee’s Summit. Stayed west of us but the night isn’t over yet. Have never heard a storm called a tornado emergency before but this certainly qualifies. Prayers for all involved.
