The special counsels office is flatly denying author Michael Wolffs claim in his new book that Robert Mueller drew up a draft indictment against President Donald Trump for obstruction of justice.
Wolff claims in Siege: Trump Under Fire, which will be released in June, that prosecutors drew up an indictment with three obstruction charges against Trump. The document sat on Muellers desk for the better part of a year and was the subject of heated debate within the special counsels office, Wolff claims, according to The Guardian.
Wolff claims he obtained the documents from sources close to the Office of the Special Counsel.

They never stop.
Same guy who recycled the Deep State propaganda in a story so the Deep State could cite it to obtain FISA warrants?
Must have been on Drudge.
I don’t know, the denial sounds like a non-denial denial, simply stating that the documents “don’t exist”.
Wolff is a proven liar who will make up stuff in order to sell books. Why not, it’s impossible to hold him accountable other than not buying the POS.
Good point. Could be “They used to exist, but we shredded them when we made the decision not to use them.”
I truly do not understand why anyone would buy such a book. First, regardless of what side you’re on, the guy is a known liar. Obviously trying to capitalize on his name recognition. Second, suppose Mueller DID draw up a mock indictment. So what? Knowing that non-factual non-act is worth $20 or whatever a book costs?
And suppose you hate Trump with the heat of 100 suns. So you now want to hate him with the heat of 102.5 suns?
I don’t blame Wolff for taking some publisher’s advance money, I just can’t imagine any publisher thinking such a book might sell.
Just like Seth Abramson and his multi-hundred linked tweets that annoys Twitter users to no end?
I believe that the ONLY thing that saved Trump was firing Sessions and hiring Barr.
Yes, Drudge went with it. Now that Mueller denies it, Drudge's woodie will fade away.
Stopped reading right there.
