I agree. Roberts wants one or two more conservatives on the court to “give” the overturn more legitimacy.

The truth is, I felt these states were going too soon. I don’t find either Roberts or Kavanaugh to be trustworthy on this. I would like to see if Trump got more picks for the Court b/c then you would have 6 or 7 votes.

“...Indiana cannot ban abortions for the purpose of sex, race or disability selection...”

So why aren’t the FemiNazis, Jesse and Al and advocates for the disabled, such as March of Dimes, storming the castle over this?

I thought the Leftists were so pure of heart that they would stand UP for the millions of WOMEN aborted each year, the preponderance of BLACK WOMEN aborted each year and all of those adorable Down Syndrome future adults?

Man, we live in confusing times!

The next Supreme Court justice, when questioned by FreezeFace Feinstein about "respecting" stare decisis , should look her straight in the eye and say:

"Madame Senator, what was the stare decisis before Roe v Wade? You're old enough to remember, tell us what it was?

If every justice hewed only to "stare decisis", we would be "respecting" the separate-but-equal decision of Plessy v Ferguson; if we "respected" Dred Scott, there would not even be separate-but-equal, Madame Senator!

So I say to you, Madame Senator, that what you call the unborn I call the living, and the living have the same civil rights as we granted to those by OVERTURNING Dred Scott, by OVERTURNING Plessy v Ferguson, by acknowleding those sacred human rights to live peacefully under almighty God!

To answer your question, Madame Senator: I will abide only by the Constitution of the United States, so help me God."

I agree. We don’t have the votes yet on the SC.

Plus, abortion is the “third rail” of politics. Overturn Roe now, and you guarantee Trump loses in 2020. Abortion needs to be abolished through culture change, which is steadily happening. Every year, there are fewer abortion facilities.

Sounds to me like Roe is in no danger whatsoever.

Liberals learned to use Incrementalism to achieve their goals. Like they say, rust never sleeps.

In this case the Conservatives pushed an all or nothing approach and as usual they will end up with nothing.

Liberals have also learned to use catch phrases and words to change People’s attitudes. For instance, Gun Control is “common sense” Gun Law, Taxation is paying your “fair share” and Abortion is “choice”.

These phrases and words are in common use during any Political Discussion amongst the Masses. They have become part of the fabric of our Society and when the enemies of Liberalism (that would be the GOP and many Conservatives) use those made up terms they have already lost the argument.

Not with the current losers we have on the court.

Imagine a girl growing up, and that girl learning that mommy killed the baby she was carrying before her, because it was a boy.

What the hell good is having a supreme court if the jurists won’t address crucial issues????

Infanticide: it’s the “constitutionally protected” “law of the land”.

So you can discriminate “...for the purpose of sex, race or disability....”.

The probables that you discussed re DNA are “probably” here today.

No one is brave enough, yet, to come out tell us what our DNA can predict for each of us.

How many states have had laws struck down in Appeals Court? Hasn’t reached 10. 20 would be more than enough for the “undue burden” to get a review. And it will happen.

Can’t expect 5 justices to lead the charge if the state houses are not making progress. More below

I guess the only way to cut back on abortions is to have something happen to abortion mill clinics.

I suppose Gorsuch and Kavenaugh really did buy that “settled law” crapola.

I just finished reading Hosea. The final six or seven chapters are particularly brutal. Yahweh has had enough of the injustice and idolatry.

I pray for justice in America for the unborn. I also want businesses like movie production and other entertainment (so-called) businesses/performers/executives to suffer loss for their embrace of infanticide. Truly sickens me.

Imprecatory psalms might be appropriate.
