Honestly, the whole thing measures a *shrug* from me.
If that’s how they see the best way to spend their advertising dollars and see this as a potential market, let them at it.
The only way I’d care one way or another is if I had stock in the company. (Although, I guess I could check my 401(k) funds to see if I do, but I probably won’t.)

The mentally-ill ditz is just shaving her face instead of her legs, but I’m sure she has shaved many times before. In any case, I won’t be buying Gillette products again for the rest of my life. I decided that after their first “why everyone should hate men” ad, and this confirms that my decision was correct.

i moved from a gillette razor to Schick after their first commercial and I try to buy NOTHING from Proctor & Gamble...
btw- whose father stood over them and lectured the first time they shaved as the old man did in this commercial?? “don’t be scared- shaving is about being confident”???

I don't know this for a fact of course, but I would bet that Gillette's parent, P&G, has been moving "diversity, inclusion, gender fluidity, open borders" people into staff positions in marketing, advertising, HR, etc., for quite a while now.
This is what you get.
On a positive note, this creates opportunities for small, entrepreneurial companies who can fill the market void left by Gillette/P&G.
