However, I did see (somewhere) a bit of what the Japan emperor stated on goldenstatetimes.com.

In the genes ...His grandfather Hirohito and his father also short - even for a Japanese man . Average height for men these days is 5 foot 8 in. I’d guess ( can’t find any info - must be a secret !? ) say the new emperor’s height is around 5 foot 4 in .
I agree. First thought that came to my mind when I viewed the pics.
There is no comparison between how President Trump and Melania carry themselves and that bowing, groveling mess Obongo and his linebacker buddy.
Trump does not look happy in most of those photos. I wander what that is all about.

I noticed that as well.
When I see my First Lady I am always STUNNED. She is simply a beautiful woman and is the best looking First Lady ever (not that it is terribly important though). Such classy taste also. Until now, I thought Jackie Kennedy was the most beautiful First Lady. Elizabeth Monroe, Sarah Jackson, Pat Nixon, and Rosalyn Carter were pretty women too. Mary Lincoln had a nice face and was much more attractive than her husband. But Melania beats them all. Love my first lady.
I do feel she would have looked incredible in a big red hat to match her red shoes. They said it was very hot so she should have enjoyed the shade of the hat. Japan’s empress looks WAY overdressed for such heat. Why the heavy jacket?
