They KNOW her heart rate, blood pressure and body chem instantaneously. I bet she can signal them remotely by way of a touch control pad if she is ready to falter. Her MSM enablers may then cut to a commercial or change the format.
This is why she was never seen while others campaigned actively for her, but then she would suddenly pop out of no where to take the stage.
