The president has declared an emergency. Under the law establishing congress’ right to overrule, the house tried and failed. The courts have no authority in emergencies. Try responding to an emergency when anyone of 200 federal judges can issue injunctions. That would be suicide.

That is what is happening. What do you expect Trump to do as far as opposing judges? Do you expect him to ignore the US Supreme Court? This from the Supreme Court in December is the cause of the current asylum flood of people:

The Trump administration is not doing nothing, they are working on many different things and adding things, when something is not working they are trying other things. It is like working our way through a landmine field though.

They are actually trying to get a ruling now that judges cannot interfere...which should have been a given.

This level of resistance is unheard of, that is the problem. It is easy to say well they are against Trump. The truth is the dims and RINOs are against conservatives. He is just representing us, the resistance is because he is fighting back. Make no mistake, it is us they are resisting. We are in the way of their agenda. They are willing to stop at nothing to get their way.
