The budget didn’t nullify Trump’s authorization to build the wall under the national emergency act. This activist judge will be overruled.
If recall correctly and l admit l could be wrong the bill prohibited any wall in any new location in other words repair only. I think Trump knew that some hack Judge would do this but at least he tried and l don’t hold much hope that the SC is going to fix this. It really goes back to that worthless rino Ryan who had the Gaul to specifically forbid wall construction in the CR’s l despise that lying little bastard.

The budget that was signed included 1.375 billion for “new” border wall construction.
As for the USSC, the issue is not the wall it is if any Judge can interfere with the President because they don’t like him and his policies.
This latest crap is a good reason to have the whole issue of Judge activests aired out and decided.
