I’m a hunter and most years I hunt elk hunt somewhere in the west, the last two years it was New Mexico but I’ve hunted states with significant grizzly populations too.
I can guarantee that if I find myself in close proximity to a grizzly I’m not slinging my 300 Win Mag and pulling out bear spray. That’s not happening.
My old marlin stainless 4570 with ghost rings is my best friend when out in the wild lands and my backyard.
