I think that this move may be predicated on the DOJIG needing the declassification so that he can release an unredacted, or minimally redacted, report and to allow AG Barr to open documents up for US Attorney Huber and Durham to use in a timely manner instead of spending months trying to get them from the other agencies.

because it will release documentation that proves the treasonous actions of the obama deep state to depose a duly elected President of the United States, including Comey, McCabe, Ohr, Brennan, Clapper, and probably Obama himself ... it’s a countermove in response to the House subpoenaing his taxes and financial records from private banks ...
