I doubt many of the newbies in the House fully understand what IMPEACHMENT is. I am beginning to think they believe if they impeach the President he is out of office.
If they do managed to vote articles of impeachment I think many are going to be surprised that the President is still in the White House.

It has been established that a subpoena is a mere suggestion. The House issued countless subpoenas during the last session. When they were ignored nothing happened.
