By the Speaker of the House's own words, she just gave President Trump the out he needs to keep his staff from appearing before Congress.
Only Cabinet Secretaries and other Congress confirmed office holders should appear before Congress from now on.
Nadler's bogus subpoenas for "staff" like Hope Hicks can now be ignored because the Speaker "doesn't talk to staff."
