Liberals often gayly (excuse the pun) offer their kids up to their god of the moment to prove the parents’ fealty to whichever social justice cause is afflicting them. Years ago, I had clients (a married, liberal couple) that were continually teaching their kids about same sex lifestyles and encouraging them to ‘find their true natures’. Sure enough, both kids grew up totally FUBAR.
one child went to colorado christian college as fine a conservative institution as there is then to seminary and is now a pastor. Another went to a liberal jesuit (but i repeat myself) university and stayed for four more years of grad school. She is now a conservative Christian physician. it can be done but the foundation.must be firm.
