Cohen isn’t some bricklayer or insurance salesman. He’s a LAWYER himself ... which means he knows better than anyone else what his obligations are in Congressional testimony.
He’s also a KNOWN LIAR; of course he knows what his obligations are, what makes any body think he would live up to them now.
