I cant have any thoughts on this since I dont know what the conditions are.

*** Distracted Driving
Distracted driving is the most common cause of road accidents in the United States, resulting in more crashes every year than speeding, drunk driving, and other major accident causes.
Drivers can become distracted behind the wheel for a variety of reasons. Some of the leading causes of distracted driving accidents include using a cellphone while driving, as well as eating food or drinking from a mug or bottle while behind the wheel.
*** Speeding
Speeding is the second most common cause of road accidents in the United States. Since car and truck accidents that involve speeding typically occur at high speeds, its also a major cause of fatal road injuries.
Driving above the speed limit is a common practice for many motorists. Its also illegal behavior that vastly increases the risk of losing control of a vehicle and causing an accident. The faster a vehicle travels, the longer it takes to slow down in the event of an obstacle.
Even a small increase in speed can result in a much higher risk of being involved in a collision or other type of accident. As such, its essential for motorists to be aware of the speed at which theyre traveling and stay within the legal limits.
“As a motorist you could be fined up to £1,000 if you do not tell the DVLA about a medical condition that affects your driving.”

Meanwhile if you are confused about what sex you are you are perfectly ok to drive, no matter how much it puzzles you or how many hormonal treatments you endure.
Taking steroids (risk of roid rage) or hormonal upset at “that time of the month” also apparently not a concern.
I wonder if caffeine abuse is checked.
I would add:
My smart phones in my hand at all times.
Parkinsons.
I eat tacos while driving.
Vertigo.
Cant read English.
Tourettes
Being able to see through a keyhole with both eyes at the same time just like Prince Charles!
Right to privacy? Apnea is the one that does not belong. Sleep Apnea is very common and is only slightly a cause of driving accidents. The idea being that people are tired and may fall asleep. But both these statements are true. Other people fall asleep without Apnea in great numbers. And people with Apnea in great numbers don’t fall asleep behind the wheel. So this is simply a government over-reach and/or a lawyers dream.
giving an Arab a drivers license should be illegal. I worked in Saudi years ago and at time their death toll on the roads were greater than their population growth
